Hi all! Today i started on developing Innovativa! a bespoke Assetto Corsa launcher made for the ease of use for operators and consumers alike! With this only being day 1 of development i decided to start concepting and picturing the idea, first i looked into similar ideas such as the current mod solutions for Assetto Corsa such as Content Manager and commercially used examples for racing simulators like F1 Arcade, I use Content Manager myself at home so i have a pretty decent understanding after looking into its repository found here and Assetto itself how the majority of the client side and server side files work.

However for conceptualizing this we needed a format, a order to it to make this more automated like Raze The Roof requested, and so i went to F1 Arcade in London during a event to get an idea of how they handle there launchers:

Intrestingly from this experince i knew exactly what we was aiming for, a launcher that can one allow the player to choose there options as it allowed for more skill based playing and automation so the operator does not have to select options, F1 Arcade was the perfect example of this so i would take insperation from this and try to recreate some of the features while adding my own.

So i started concepting the major part of this, the menus, i first decided to concept some UI animations with selection screens and post it on social media to gauge some feedback:

The feedback was mostly positive from friends online:

I was so happy to see this for a concept let alone an actual build, great day 1 for me and i cannot wait for the rest! References: F1® Arcade. (n.d.). F1® Arcade. [online] Available at: https://f1arcade.com/.
